You have come back from your visit in Venice and Paris, and from you practical trainings in glass companies. I hope you all had a good time where you learned a lot and enjoyed being out of school for a while as well. On the website of our vocational college you can find a new learning programme. It is called "English for Glass Professionals" and has the aim to help students to achieve a profession related English. Students can play games to learn new vocabulary, there is a glass dictionary, a mind map tool, a wiki for a glass glossary project, several films and podcasts on glass history and production, and a vocabulary trainer as well. For this programme a lot of pictures of our school and student's work have been used. The language learning programme will be updated regularly.
